Flight time? Unknown. Perhaps very short. Reference is to the Flight time of the Soul-
Spirit from the deceased physical body to the First Landing in the spiritual realm.
PANIC? Whether one does or does not panic, depends on his or her preparation. To that preparation done on Earth, whether good or bad, sufficient, or insufficient.
Every hour, approximately 6,700 Souls-Spirits ascend. To the spiritual realm. To the First Landing in that realm.

Every human being dies physically just once and after this the JUDGMENT.

The Soul-Spirit leaves the dead physical body and is taken to the spiritual place set up for JUDGEMENT.

Every Soul-Spirit has to ascend. Neither a Tesla nor a Falcon is needed for the trip. There is NO DANGER of not arriving.
Each one will be judged individually, according to his moral-spiritual conduct and his works on Earth.

Development of the “ANALOGY”
Facts, observations, and applications
Analogously, the physical human body is the terrestrial vehicle by means of which the Soul-Spirit moves and manifest itself on planet Earth.
The midnight Cherry-red Tesla Roadster is the lustrous vehicle Starman would ride into space, propelled by the Falcon Heavy rocket. Now in space, the Tesla will become, sooner or later, Starman’s eternal sarcophagus.
These terrestrial vehicles of Souls-Spirits come in different colors, sizes, and external characteristics. Surprisingly, no two of them are absolutely alike, not even in the case of “identical” twins. Some stand out for their physical beauty, while the majority are more or less ordinary in appearance and a minority have defects resulting from their original development (congenital defects).
Whatever their exterior corporal appearance may be, each one is a fascinating marvel, for it possesses animal LIFE and a very powerful physical brain!
Starman, the Tesla and the Falcon Heavy do not possess animal life nor physical brains.
With the exception of those that come with imperfections or malfunctions due to the development process in the
womb, each and every human body is capable of executing thousands of different movements, many thousands, even hundreds of thousands of times, and, in some cases, millions of times, without any need of mechanical motors.
For example, audibly pronounce millions of words, consume seventy tons of food (on average) or walk tens of thousands of miles during a lifetime in material dimensions.
Just like the Tesla car, these terrestrial vehicles meet their end in the material universe. To the present time (January 2023), all that have ceased to function came to that fate on the surface of planet Earth.
With the exception of those that were destroyed in the atmosphere around the planet as the result of mechanical failures in hot air balloons and gliders; in airplanes and helicopters; in aircraft shot down in wars or exploded by terrorists; in accidents suffered by space vehicles. Even these fell to the surface of the planet.
If humans colonize Mars, their physical bodies will, in time, cease to function there, unless they return to Earth before that inevitable event. Of course, there are humanists so positive about their kind that one day they may learn to maintain, so they project, their material-carnal vehicles functioning forever.
There have been around 15 to 16 billion of these terrestrial vehicles on the face of planet Earth to the present, so say some who specialize in the history of human populations. Each one of them is a billion times more complicated than the Falcon Heavy rocket, the Tesla Roadster, Starman and the whole launch system, including all the computers and digital programs used to design them, set them to functioning and
control them. Today, each one of these terrestrial vehicles, with its Soul-Spirit on board, continues to function during an average of 77 years.
Starman, being nothing more than a lifeless mannequin, is totally unable to appreciate the fantastic differences between, on the one hand, he himself, his transport vehicle, the Tesla Roadster, his propulsion system, the Falcon Heavy, and, on the other, the Soul-Spirit and its incredible terrestrial vehicle, the physical human body.
Amazingly, as well as very troubling, neither is the magnitude of these differences appreciated to a high degree by perhaps most of the humans who built and launched into space the Tesla car and its chauffeur, Mr. Starman. Nor by multitudes of people who applauded such an accomplishment.
For their general demeanor and conversation indicate that they give more importance to Starman’s trip and his Tesla car than to the trip of the Soul-Spirit in its own terrestrial vehicle, the physical body, through earthly surroundings.
Less still to the Flight of the Soul-Spirit, once becoming functionless and irreparable its terrestrial vehicle.
Not a few do not even believe they are Souls-Spirits, conceiving of themselves as animals, no more.
This impoverished, materialistic perception that such humans embrace and nourish greatly, reduces, most assuredly, the dignity, nobleness, and right conduct of the human race in general, contributing to its moral-social-psychological-spiritual degeneration.
An evil that erupts in weak, unstable minds as explosions of uncontrolled wrath, homicides, and mass killings, as, for example, those occurring in these times with truly terrifying frequency in schools and other public venues.
The natural habitation for humans is this beautiful, stupendous planet EARTH. Will human beings colonize Mars and other
planets and/or moons of the Milky Way and
outlying galaxies?
Starman, the mannequin, dressed as an astronaut, is the solitary passenger of the midnight, cherry-red Tesla Roadster launched into space by the Falcon Heavy. A mannequin the size of a normal man, dressed in an astronaut’s suit made by SpaceX for human beings
Elon Musk’s vision, and that of SpaceX, the company started by him, goes far beyond simply taking cargos
to the International Space Station or placing military, scientific, and commercial satellites in orbit. They propose to offer flights to the Moon for “space tourists” willing to pay the very high cost of the trip, and, also, in the not-so-distant future, take groups of humans to the planet Mars.
It might turn out they can colonize Mars. Be it Mars, Ceres, or any other place out there in material space, unless they can find one equipped with the same essential conditions for human life as here on Earth, they will have to duplicate and maintain those conditions for the survival of any humans who would go out there to live.
The natural habitation for humans is this beautiful, stupendous planet EARTH.
While it is generally not worthwhile to cite Bible texts for mocking unbelievers, we would like to bring forward, for those who are not, the eloquent declarations of Paul of Tarsus addressed by him to the atheistic or skeptical philosophers, as well as those believing in some kind of supreme intelligence, god, gods, goddesses, demons, demiurges, etc., that congregated in the Athens of the 1st century to pass the time expounding, each one, his own theses. In the Areopagus, surrounded by impressive structures and sculptures, including the elegant Temple of Athens, and by many illustrious intellects of that age, Paul boldly proclaimed:
“God, who made the world and everything in it, since He
is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples
made with hands. Nor is He worshiped with men’s
hands, as though He needed anything, since He
gives to all life, breath, and all things. And He has
made from one blood every nation of men to dwell
on all the face of the earth, and has determined their
pre-appointed times and the boundaries of their
dwellings…” Acts 17:24-26
It is thus then, that, according to the “Lord of heaven and
earth,” the habitation He assigned to “every nation of men” is,
precisely, “the earth.”
Before the beginning of the universe, when God created the angels, he prepared for them “their own abode.” Not content with “their proper domain,” Lucifer, also known as the Serpent of Old, Satan, the Devil, and the Fiery Red Dragon, together with his sympathizers, “left” it. In consequence of their audacious boldness, they are “reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day”. Jude 1:6
Similarly, today, many from the different “nations of men” are obsessed with leaving the Earth to explore space in search of another place, or places, where they might establish themselves.
Are they proceeding against the will of God? From Paul’s statement, it would, indeed, seem so. In this context, the question is not “can they do it,” for, technically, one day they may be able to. Rather, the spiritual conundrum would be: Would the Creator consider that a violation of His Divine Directives?
Lucifer and his angelic compatriots did leave “their proper domain,” and, by inference, went
somewhere else. That act was interpreted by the Creator as a sin so grave, a lack of respect so brazen, a treason so dangerous to divine authority and order, that the culprits are chained in darkness, awaiting their final sentencing.
Of course, Darwinian evolutionists, atheistic engineers, humanists of all stripes and vulgar revilers against God driven by their animal passions would laugh at these “ridiculous concerns,” if they ever read or heard them. Time will certainly tell whose concerns are legitimate: theirs or ours.
Of one thing we can be sure: They are spending enormous sums of money and using great amounts of other resources in their determination to bring their visions and desires to fruition. Funds and resources that could well have been used to better many, many critical, even shameful, situations on Earth.
For example, endemic hunger and undernourishment in some regions of the globe, general ignorance of hygiene and health among the masses in wide areas, destructive exploitation of resources vital for human survival, elimination of terrible vices such as drug abuse, improvement, and expansion of basic infrastructures, etc.
I also respectfully affirm that the obsessed with leaving Earth who exclude the “Lord of heaven and earth” from their plans and projects, together with all other humanists, Darwinian evolutionists, atheists, and skeptics of all kinds who do likewise, do, thus, cast aside the high dignity of possessing and displaying in their conduct the nature of God which was theirs before their rejection of Him.
Taking off on their own without the slightest consideration of the Creator, His plans for humanity and good will toward us, they follow in the steps of Lucifer and the rest of the fallen angels.
While they may well establish themselves on “another world” of the vast material universe, their moral-social-emotional-psychic-spiritual evils will surely follow them, as will also physical death! As night follows day on planet Earth. And then?
However far away unbelieving human beings may get from planet Earth, the “Lord of heaven and earth” will always be watching them. For certain, they do not believe it, as they do not believe nor understand many things, since their natural-earthly-carnal side dominates and entirely blacks out their spiritual side, their Soul-Spirit. A situation they could well rectify by coming back to their senses, recapacitating and opening themselves up to realities and truths hidden from their knowledge and understanding to the present moment.
Where will you go that the Spirit of God would not be there? Where will you flee to avoid His presence? If you go into space, He will be there. If you take a ride on the Falcon Heavy rocket and it leaves you in a trajectory that will carry you to Mars, Ceres, Neptune, or the Orion Nebula, and you get there, He will be there expecting you, although you do
not see Him nor believe in Him. Of a certainty, the most intense darkness of deepest space will not hide you from His gaze, for even the densest darkness dissolves when He approaches clothed in a powerful, brilliant splendor. For Him, the darkness is as light. Adaptation of Psalm 139:7-12
The Flight of the Soul-Spirit to the First Landing
The Soul-Spirit is not a lifeless mannequin, nor is it a physical being, rather a spiritual one engendered by the Father of spirits that humans can not destroy, .
God is the “Father of spirits.” Hebrews 12:9. According to the context, these “spirits” are those of human beings.
Our “spirit” is in first place in the definition of our whole being, “soul and body” following it in order. 1 Thessalonians 5:23
“…a spirit does not have flesh and bones,” explains the resurrected Christ to some of His disciples. Luke 24:39
During His earthly ministry, he said to His
apostles: “And do not fear those who kill the
body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” Matthew 10:28
This teaching is found in Hebrews 9:27-28. “And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment, so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.”
The deceased in the photograph on the slide at the beginning of Part II appears to be a rather young man. Today, the average life span for the physical body on this earth is about 77 years, according to statistics. Nevertheless, we all know Death can cut down at any moment all along the road of life that each and every human being follows. With less probability in favorable circumstances, but it is always on the prowl.
One out of every hundred human beings experiences “Sudden Death,” which can surprise even persons apparently in good health and at the peak of life.
The Flight of the Soul-Spirit on which we focus in the slide is that of the person who completes “in the Lord” (Revelation 14:13) his trip in the physical body, his modus of transportation in the material dimension.
That is, of the person who obeys the message of Jesus Christ, continuing faithful to Him until the moment when his material-carnal vehicle becomes useless. We reserve the rest of the Souls-Spirits for a future image-exposition in this Analogy, God willing.
With reference to the “angels of God,” since they are “ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation” (Hebrews 1:14), we think it is well to include them in this study.
Invisible to the physical eyes of those “who will inherit salvation,” in how many ways and on how many occasions they providentially minister to each one will be known to us perhaps only over there beyond the death of the physical body.
At any rate, it comforts and encourages us to visualize
at least one of them -represented visibly in the slide, but
incorporeal in its natural state- near the faithful Christian
at the moment when his material-carnal vehicle breaks completely down.
In the imagery of the slide, that moment has already passed, and, therefore, the Soul-Spirit has already left the deceased body, the angel accompanying it.
By means of that group of graphics on the right in the slide, we try to artistically and symbolically represent the Flight of the Saved Soul-Spirit from material regions to the First Landing in spiritual regions.
Given that neither the Saved Soul-Spirit that ascends nor the angel that accompanies it, have material-carnal, physical bodies, the perspicacious student of these subjects will understand that the representation is purely symbolical.
The Soul-Spirit leaves the dead physical body and is taken to the spiritual place set up for JUDGEMENT. Here, we only wish to observe that questions of distances and times are, in these spiritual contexts, practically irrelevant, as we understand them.
Every Soul-Spirit has to ascend. Neither a Tesla nor a Falcon is needed for the trip. There is NO DANGER of not arriving. We opt to not further explore these points at this time.
Flight time? Unknown. Perhaps very short. The observation made above about the possible “irrelevance” of these questions is applicable here.
In the Tesla there is a plaque near the steering wheel which says: "Don’t panic!"
The words “Don’t panic!” are clearly visible on the plaque. If Starman had been a real live, human astronaut, he possibly would have felt not a little stress, even some degree of panic, in this phase of the flight, for Elon Musk himself gave the rocket a 45% to 50% chance of failing! Should that
have occurred, it would have meant, with high probability, the death of the astronaut. So then, for Starman, in this phase, a very tense flight!
Due to these circumstances, we attribute to the mannequin Starman the exclamations: “Fly, fly, Falcon! Fly up! UP! UP!” Because there was a SERIOUS DANGER of NOT reaching the first orbit.
PANIC on a flight into space? How much, if any, would depend on one’s state of mental, emotional, and spiritual preparation, plus circumstances during the journey.
Analogously, with reference to the Flight of the Saved Soul-Spirit, why would it feel any “panic” whatsoever?
It knows it finished “in the Lord” the phase of its existence in the material world.
Now, it is tranquilly flying at ease, confident of landing in a most beautiful, pleasant celestial place.
Besides, it is accompanied by an angel of God, maybe several, as per our projections. Dutifully prepared for the Flight, it is to be expected all would turn out well.
Friend, what about your own preparation for the flight of your Soul-Spirit? And mine? A flight neither you nor I can refuse to take.
The First Landing.
We do, thus, visualize, artistically and symbolically, the arrival of the Saved Soul-Spirit at the First Landing in celestial places after successfully completing its sojourn in the material world.
At this First Landing, each Soul-Spirit is judged,
individually, according to its moral-spiritual
conduct and works while on the earth. Bible texts
such as 2 Corinthians 5:10 apply. It is deduced
that this takes place at a determined moment
shortly “after” death, for, from that moment
-represented rhetorically as the “First Landing”- each Soul-Spirit leaves either for Paradise, in Hades, o for Tartarus, also in Hades, but separated from Paradise by a “great gulf.” Luke 16:19-31
Assigning each Soul-Spirit one of these two destinies presupposes the definitive determination of its spiritual status.
Arriving then, the Saved Soul-Spirit -repeating for emphasis, “saved,” by virtue of having happily completed “in the Lord” the phase of its existence in the material world- the “Book of Life” is consulted and, as a matter of fact, the name corresponding to the Soul-Spirit of our Analogy is right there in the Book!
Confirmed in this manner its spiritual status, there is no need for judicial processing of any kind.
On the contrary, the Saved Soul-Spirit is authorized to proceed directly to Paradise.
What reason would there be for submitting such a one to judgment, given that he/she already has eternal life assured by having died “in the Lord?” That is, the physical body died, the Soul-Spirit that occupied it being faithful to God to the very last moment of the life of the body.
Effectively answering the question, Jesus Christ himself says:
“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.” John 5:34 NKJV
The New International Reader’s Version translates the text as follows:
“What I’m about to tell you is true. Anyone who hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. They will not be judged. They have crossed over from death to life.”
Of course, the “has eternal life” and “shall not come into judgment” are conditional on maintaining an obedient faith in the One who sent His son Jesus to save the world.
Having been pardoned by Jesus Christ himself, the repentant thief, crucified with Him, would go to Paradise that very day! There is no indication whatsoever that he would need to undergo a spiritual, judicial process before going on to Paradise. Jesus says to him: “Assuredly, I say to you, TODAY you will be with Me in Paradise.” Luke 23:42-43
Every hour, approximately 6,700 Souls-Spirits ascend. They leave their deceased physical bodies and ascend from planet Earth to the First Landing.
How would it be possible to process so many Souls-Spirits?
Considering that the human race has, at this time in our history, extremely fast, for us, information processing systems, would not the Almighty God have much faster ones?
Would not the "Book of Life" be totally digital? Or much more sophisticated, with instantaneous access perhaps at the speed of light?
Likewise, the “books” that contain the records of all human beings to be judged?
And does He not have “ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands” of angels to assist Judge Jesus Christ in the processing of the Souls-Spirits to be judged?
But we are, after all, trying to force ourselves to understand in temporal-earthly terms scenarios that are celestial-spiritual. It would behoove us, then, to be very cautious with our projections and visualizations.
By far the most important and urgent matter for each and every one of us is to take all the wise measures within our grasp to assure that, when we leave the deceased mortal, physical body, we go to the First Landing, confident that our name has been registered in that "Book of Life."
“Then Peter said to them, 'Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call.' And with many other words he testified and exhorted them, saying, 'Be saved from this perverse generation.' Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added to them. And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.” Acts 2:38-42
